My attempts to resolve this were met with automated lines, live chat bots, and six unanswered emails. When I finally found a human by pretending to place a new order, they offered no real help for the fee I was wrongly charged. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because this level of disregard for a paid service is simply unacceptable.
