Let me share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. I am so unimpressed; it's just delays, delays, delays. I placed my order on June 6th and as of June 19th, I still don't have my glasses, despite paying for express shipping. They told me there were production problems, but I feel like they just queue you up again instead of expediting things. My frustration peaked when my glasses finally arrived yesterday, June 23rd, only to have two chips, one on each lens. So much for quality control! Communication is abysmal; I'm constantly having to follow up, and getting a live person on the phone is near impossible. This compelled me to leave a review and engage with customer service, hoping for some resolution.
Customer: "Hi, I'm calling about order #12345. I paid for express shipping on June 6th, and it's June 24th. Not only were there massive delays, but the glasses I just received have chips on both lenses! What kind of quality control is this?"
CS Rep: "I am truly sorry to hear about the significant delays and the condition of your new glasses. That is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, especially after paying for express shipping. I see the notes about production issues affecting your initial delivery.
