The wait was frustrating enough, but the real issue was the complete lack of communication and support. I called into the company 5 times asking for a supervisor to return my call regarding my order, since they never have one available when you request them, yet I never received that call. I truly feel this company sucks, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This ordeal left me so upset that I felt compelled to reach out to customer service one last time and then share my story here.
Customer: I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I placed it on April 22nd, and didn't receive my glasses until May 21st! And to make matters worse, I called five times asking for a supervisor to call me back about the delay, and I never received a single call. This is absolutely horrible. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the significant delay in receiving your order and for the lack of follow-up from a supervisor. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. I understand how frustrating it must be. Customer: Frustrating is an understatement. Five separate calls asking for help, specifically a supervisor, and every single one was ignored.
